1. Once the bearing is severely worn, overloaded or impacted, the planetary reducer bearing will be slightly deformed or bent, resulting in rotor sweeping. As a result of chamber sweeping, the surface of the iron core may be scratched, or the iron core may be worn out, causing the winding to be damaged by the shell. Cut off the power supply immediately, stop the reducer and check it.
2. The silicon steel sheet at the scraped part of the core is annealed due to friction overheating, resulting in a decrease in the permeability of the silicon steel sheet. If it is not treated in time and effectively, with the aging of the core insulation of the planetary reducer, the eddy current technology continues to increase, resulting in an increase in the temperature of a planetary reducer. As a result, the micro control motor is overheated or even burned.
3. Winding insulation breakdown short-circuit or winding short-circuit to ground will produce arc, which will scorch the core surface, and the burned core surface is often uneven. This not only affects the normal operation of the planetary reducer, but also leads to short circuit between silicon steel sheets and increases the core vortex.
