After the truck crane is used for a long time, abnormal noise, heat, oil leakage, etc. will appear in the deceleration of the cycloidal pin wheel.The wear and tear of the bearing seat and the shedding of the outer ring of the bearing indicate that the reducer housing is made of cast steel, which has poor weldability and is prone to pores and cracks during welding.When the crane rotates, the bearing hole bears certain vibration and impact.The material is required to have moderate hardness and have certain impact and vibration resistance.The following is the maintenance method of the bearing seat of the crane cycloid reducer.
1. Local replacement method
Map the bearing seat of the reducer, and use high-strength materials to process the new bearing seat; cut the bearing seat from the rotary reducer shell with a lathe, and turn the interface and thread connected with the newly made bearing seat; the newly made bearing The seat and the reducer shell are connected by threads, and the reinforcing ribs on the reducer shell are supplemented by welding, and then the interface is welded; the hole of the new bearing seat is finished to the design size.
2. Insertion method
Clean the bearing seat hole, and then drill the seat hole with a boring machine to enlarge the seat hole; the outer diameter of the cast steel bushing is interference fit with the drilled seat hole; put the bushing into the enlarged seat hole, and finish machining to the designed size.The method is simple and the repair time is short.The disadvantage is that the clearance requirement is high.
3. Welding method
Drill the seat hole with a boring machine for the reducer, and then increase the diameter of the seat hole appropriately; put the shell into the oven to preheat to about 400°C, and then heat the seat hole to a red hot state (about 900-950°C); Weld to a predetermined thickness, then put it into an oven to cool, and finish machining the surfacing seat hole to the designed size.The utility model has the advantages of good impact resistance and vibration resistance, stable quality and long service life.The disadvantage is that the welding repair process is complicated, the cycle is long, the cost is high, and it is easy to wear after repair.
The comprehensive analysis shows that although the latter two have many advantages, they are not suitable for the repair of the housing-shaped bearing seat of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer.
