Shaft material: the gear shaft is 42CrMo, the big gear is ZG35CrMo, the tempered hardness of the gear shaft is 291~323HB, and the big gear is 255~286HB.

3. ZQH type cylindrical gear reducer

ZQH type cylindrical gear reducer is an arc cylindrical gear reducer, which is formed based on the ZQ type involute cylindrical gear reducer series.Compared with involute gears of the same specification, arc gears not only have a longer service life, but also have greater capacity, higher strength, and less tooth surface wear.

The transmission ratios of ZQH type cylindrical gear reducer are: 317.28, 291.19, 243.86, 223.80, 191.22, 163.38, 141.73, 121.10, 92.21, 81.70, 65.54.
