1. Paper slitting machines give priority to NMRV worm gear reducers, which have the strongest adaptability. Stable rewinding and unwinding tension is required during the slitting process of paper and paper tubes. The worm gear reducer has a self-locking feature, which can effectively prevent equipment shutdown, rewinding slippage during direction change, and loose materials, and perfectly solves the common web deviation problem in paper processing.

2. For heavy-duty slitting conditions of thick paper tubes and cardboard, it is recommended to use an R series helical gear reducer. This model has a larger carrying torque and strong impact resistance. When faced with high resistance when cutting thick materials, it has sufficient power output and will not suffer from jamming or insufficient power. It is suitable for heavy-duty paper product slitting equipment.

3. There is a lot of dust in the paper industry workshop, so dust protection should be focused on during use. Regularly clean the paper dust on the reducer vents and the surface of the box to prevent dust from entering the internal wear gears and bearings; shorten the lubricating oil replacement cycle to prevent dust from mixing into the lubricating oil and exacerbating the loss of accessories.

4. In addition, paper slitting equipment starts and stops frequently, and sufficient torque margin must be reserved to avoid accelerated aging of the reducer caused by long-term full load operation and ensure long-term stable production of the equipment.
