Main materials of NMRV worm gear reducer:

Shell: Aluminum alloy (frame type 025-090), first shot blasted and then treated with special anti-corrosion treatment to maintain a silver-white metal texture and resistant to corrosion by organic solvents such as gasoline and xylene. After phosphating treatment, it is sprayed with RAL5010 blue color or silver paint. Cast iron (frame type 110-150), first painted with red anti-rust paint, then sprayed with RAL5010 blue paint

2. Worm: 20Cr carburized and quenched, tooth surface hardness 56-62HRC, maintain carburized layer thickness 0.3-0.5mm after fine grinding

3. Worm gear: wear-resistant tin bronze

Application: Suitable for 90-degree angle output and equipment requiring self-locking performance
