1: Before installation, confirm whether the motor and reducer are intact, and strictly check whether the size of each component between the motor and reducer matches.The following are the dimensions and matching tolerances of the positioning bosses of the motor, input shaft and reducer slot.
2: Unscrew the screw on the dust-proof hole outside the flange of the reducer, adjust the PCS system clamping ring, align its side hole with the dust-proof hole, pierce the hexagonal socket and tighten it.Then, remove the motor shaft key.
3: Naturally connect the motor and reducer.During the connection, it is necessary to ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor are consistent, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel.If the concentricity is inconsistent, the motor shaft will be damaged, or the reducer gear will be worn.
Here's a tip: Hitting the unit with a hammer is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to bearings or gears with excessive axial or radial force.Be sure to tighten the device bolts before tightening the force bolts.Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil of the motor input shaft with gasoline or sodium water, and locate the connecting part between the boss and the reducer.The purpose is to ensure the closeness and flexibility of the operation and avoid unnecessary wear and tear.
