Characteristics and classification of gear reducer

Common gear reducers mainly include four series of reducer products: R series coaxial gear reducer, S series worm gear reducer, K series spiral bevel gear reducer and F series parallel shaft helical gear reducer.Although the gear forms and angles of these four series of geared motors are different and the same, they all have the following four characteristics.
Gear reducer features:
1. The manufacturing material is steel cast iron, and the tooth surface of the gear reducer is also subjected to high-frequency heat treatment;
2. It occupies a small area and has a high carrying capacity, which can carry a motor with a maximum power of more than 90kw;
3. The processing of general gear reduction motors is relatively precise, so the service life of the machine is relatively small;
4. Adopting the concept of modular design, it can be installed and used in combination with other types of motors, and can realize various speeds and installation forms;
