Why does the servo planetary reducer leak oil?

1. The servo reducer adds too much oil:
When the reducer is used, the oil pan will be vigorously stirred, and the lubricating oil will be dispersed throughout the machine.
2. The structural design of the servo reducer is unreasonable.
3. There is no oil return groove in the box, and lubricating oil accumulates in the shaft seal, end cover, joint surface, etc., and leaks from the gap under the action of differential pressure; the inspection hole cover is too thin, and it is easy to deform after tightening the bolts, resulting in contact gaps The bonding surface and oil leakage are uneven.
4. During the manufacturing process of the servo reducer, the casting is not annealed or aged, and the internal parts are not removed.Inevitably, stress and deformation cause gaps and leaks.
5. The structural design of the shaft seal is impractical.Early servo reducers mainly used oil grooves and felt ring shaft seal structures, and were deformed due to compression during assembly, and the gap between the joint surfaces was sealed. If the contact between the journal and the seal is not ideal, the seal is about to fail because the felt compensation is very low.The oil tank has a return hole, but it is easy to block and it is difficult to get the return effect.
6. The pressure difference inside and outside the servo reducer: When we use the reducer, the temperature of the servo reducer will continue to rise due to the influence of frictional heating and ambient temperature. If you use it incorrectly, the vents will be blocked, so the internal pressure of the machine will gradually rise. The internal temperature of the machine will also increase, and the greater the pressure difference with the outside world, the oil may leak.
