2. Horizontal TMR mixers are mostly medium and large equipment with a volume of more than 5 cubic meters, and are suitable for large-scale cattle and sheep farms and cooperatives. The standard R series, planetary high-torque reducer adopts a gear chain directly connected to the main shaft transmission structure. This type of reducer has high torque density and strong load-bearing capacity, and can easily handle large quantities of high-weight, viscous silage, straw, and concentrate mixtures. It can achieve low-speed and stable transmission and avoid heavy-load jamming and equipment tripping.

3. The core differences between the two are clear at a glance: First, the structure is different. The vertical reducer has a streamlined structure and simple maintenance; the horizontal reducer has a stable structure and strong bearing capacity. Second, the torque adaptation is different. The vertical type is suitable for light load and small batch mixing; the horizontal type is suitable for heavy load and large batch continuous operation. Third, the service life is different. Vertical reducers have low losses and strong durability; horizontal reducers need to withstand high-frequency heavy loads and have higher requirements on materials and processes.

Select the RX special model for the vertical type, and choose the high-torque planetary model for the horizontal type.
