1. ZQ reducer parts can be installed after cleaning.
2. In assembly order, we can run in reverse order of disassembly.
3. During the assembly process, the surface of rolling or sliding parts should be coated with lubricating oil to form preliminary lubrication conditions.
4. When the cycloidal wheel is installed, please install it according to the position of the prefix when removing the dismounted position.
5. When the output shaft is installed in the base, it is allowed to hit the recess with a red copper rod, but not with a hammer.
6. When the output shaft pin is inserted into the corresponding hole with the cycloid gear, please pay attention to the position of the spacer ring, and fix the position with a pin sleeve to prevent the spacer ring from being crushed.
7. For the oil-resistant rubber sealing ring, we should pay attention to adjust the tension of the spring and apply grease.
8. The bearings of the ZQ reducer can be installed by heating.
9. The sealing paper on the joint surface should be renewed.
10. After assembling the ZQ reducer, the high-speed input shaft can be rotated by hand.It should rotate flexibly without friction interference.
