Before welding, the fractured part of the reducer needs to be machined and flattened.In order to reduce the welding stress, certain measures need to be taken in the welding groove: first, the U-shaped groove should be designed according to the fracture surface and the diameter of the part.The width of the general groove is 20mm and the depth is 37mm.The groove shape should be consistent.After the fracture is processed flat, groove processing is performed with a forming turning tool.In order to avoid stress concentration, all parts of the groove should be rounded to reduce the proportion of the base metal melted into the weld metal and prevent the recurrence of welding cracks.The welding gap also needs to be moderate. If it is too small, it will cause defects, and if it is too large, it will burn through.
If the drive shaft is concentric with the input end of the planetary reducer, the surface of the drive shaft is consistent with the input end hole of the planetary reducer, and there is no radial force and deformation space.Non-concentricity will produce gaps and deformation.
At the same time, the output shaft of the planetary reducer will be broken or bent.But the planetary reducer is the product of the drive motor force and the reduction ratio, and its output shaft is more likely to break.Users should pay attention to its concentric shaft when using the planetary reducer.
