How to judge whether the installation of F series parallel shaft helical gear reducer meets the requirements

1. Static installation accuracy verification
This is the core basis for judging installation compliance:
1. Foundation and fixing accuracy: The fit between the reducer base and the installation foundation is ≥90%. Use a feeler gauge to detect the gap. The maximum gap is ≤0.1mm, and there is no partial suspension. The anchor bolts are tightened according to the specified torque, without looseness or slippage, and the length of the exposed threads of the bolts is consistent.
2. Shaft system alignment accuracy: The coaxiality deviation of the connecting flange/coupling between the motor and the reducer, and the reducer and the load is ≤0.05mm, and the end face runout is ≤0.03mm. The error shall not exceed the compensation amount of the coupling used. It is strictly prohibited to correct the alignment deviation by knocking the shell.
3. Transmission parts assembly requirements: Transmission parts such as sprockets and pulleys on the output shaft need to be pressed in with internally threaded bolts at the shaft end, and hammering is prohibited; the tension sleeve bolts of the hollow shaft output model need to be tightened evenly in multiple times in the order of markings to avoid axial deviation caused by unilateral locking.
4. Lubrication and sealing status: The lubricating oil grade complies with the requirements of the F series technical manual, and the oil level is within the range of 1/2 to 2/3 of the oil scale; there is no leakage in the oil window, oil plug, and shaft end seal, and the vent plug is replaced in place and is unblocked.
5. Gear meshing accuracy: The gear meshing contact surface must meet the industry qualification standards of tooth width ≥ 60% and tooth height ≥ 50% to avoid early wear caused by unbalanced load.
2. Manual turning verification
Complete the verification under power outage and no power:
1. Manually turn the input shaft or output shaft, and the entire rotation will be smooth, without stagnation or obvious frustration, and the rotation resistance will be even and without sudden changes.
2. There is no abnormal sound such as metal friction or collision during the turning process, and it is confirmed that the linked load equipment has no interference or jamming.
3. After turning, recheck the coupling and flange connecting bolts to see if there is any looseness or displacement.
3. No-load operation monitoring
This is the final power status verification of installation compliance:
1. Steering and speed verification: After inching start, the reducer"s steering direction is completely consistent with the equipment identification, without reverse rotation; it runs continuously for 30~60 minutes without load, and the output speed deviates from the design value by ≤±2%.
2. The operating parameters meet the standards: the operating noise is uniform and ≤75dB, without sharp whistling or periodic abnormal noise; the temperature rise of the bearing and shell is ≤40°C, and the maximum temperature is ≤80°C; the no-load current of the motor is stable within the range of 30% to 50% of the rated current, without abnormal fluctuations.
3. No abnormal faults: There is no oil leakage, loose bolts, or excessive vibration during operation. There is no significant drop in the oil level after shutdown.
