According to the bolt diameter : Under normal circumstances, the hole diameter of the anchor bolt should be 10-20mm larger than the bolt diameter. For example, if the anchor bolt diameter is M20, the aperture can be selected between 30 and 40mm. This gap facilitates smooth insertion of anchor bolts, and can also provide a certain amount of adjustment during the installation process to ensure the accurate installation position of the reducer.
Reference reducer specifications : The anchor bolt hole diameter requirements for ZL reducers of different specifications are also different. Due to the large reducer's load, the anchor bolt specifications are correspondingly larger and the aperture will be larger. Small reducers are the opposite. For example, the anchor bolt diameter of the ZL-250 reducer may be around 40-50mm, while the anchor bolt diameter of the ZL-50 reducer may be around 20-30mm. Consider installation accuracy : If the installation accuracy of the reducer is high, the gap between the hole diameter and the bolt diameter can be appropriately reduced, but it should not be less than 8mm to ensure that the position of the reducer can be accurately adjusted during the installation process, and at the same time, avoiding the bolt installation difficulties or inability to install due to the small gap. If the installation accuracy requirements are relatively low, the gap can be appropriately larger, but it should not exceed 20mm, otherwise it may affect the stability of the reducer installation.
Combined with basic material : Different basic material will also affect the selection of anchor bolt hole diameter. If the foundation is made of concrete, the pore diameter may be relatively smaller due to its high strength; if the foundation is made of masonry and other materials, the strength is relatively low, in order to ensure the anchoring effect of anchor bolts, the pore diameter may need to be appropriately increased. For example, when installing a ZL reducer on a concrete foundation, the gap between the hole diameter and the bolt diameter can be taken by about 10mm; when installing on a masonry foundation, the gap may need to be taken by 15-20mm.
