1. When disassembling the protective covers of various parts, the disassembly lines of the motor and brake should be marked as a reference for reassembly.
2. Remove the pins of the high-speed shaft coupling of the cylindrical gear reducer, loosen the toothed coupling of the low-speed shaft, and move the two halves of the coupling to both sides. Before the high-speed and low-speed couplings of the reducer are disassembled, the relative positions must be marked with a flat shovel or a proofer as a basis for reassembling the relative positions of the couplings.
3. Remove the motor anchor bolts and lift off the motor. When removing the anchor bolts of the motor, record the thickness and position of the original foot pad as a basis for alignment.Loosen the brake anchor bolts, remove the brake adjustment lead screw, remove the brake, and remove the brake.
4. Remove the backstop of the reducer and place it in the designated position to avoid collision.
5. Mark the relative position of the upper and lower joint surfaces of the reducer, remove the fastening bolts on the joint surface of the upper and lower covers of the reducer, replace the damaged bolts, and remove the positioning pins.Check the bolts for damage, screw the nuts onto the threaded rods for safekeeping.
6. Make an assembly mark on each bearing end cover, remove the fastening bolts of the bearing end cover, take off the end cover, measure the thickness and quantity of asbestos gaskets on the bearing end cover with an outer micrometer, and make original records. The bearing end cover should be preliminarily inspected, and the straight end face should be free of wear and cracks.
7. Before jacking up the upper cover, check whether there are any abnormalities such as missing screws.
