Lubrication effect decreases: If the lubricant oil has not been replaced for a long time, its lubricating performance will gradually decline. The viscosity of the oil may change, becoming thicker or thinner, and a good oil film cannot be formed between transmission components such as gears and bearings. This will increase friction between the gears and reduce transmission efficiency, thereby affecting the output speed, which may cause unstable speed and lower speed.

Reduced heat dissipation performance: The reducer will generate heat during operation and needs to rely on lubricating oil to dissipate heat. For example, when working in a high temperature, humid, dusty environment, or when the load is large, the operation time is long, and the oil change cycle should be appropriately shortened.
