⒈ hot charging method
For assembly with small gaps, the shrink-fit method is usually used.There is a gap of 0.04mm between the harmonic reducer and the drive roller shaft, and the assembly gap is small. Slowly loading the reducer onto the rollers is an extremely difficult and physically demanding job.However, the hole of the reducer and the drive roller shaft are connected by double keys, and the installation length is 300mm. Generally, a transition fit is used. During hoisting and knocking, the reducer is easily tilted, resulting in jamming, which brings serious difficulties to assembly.
