1. The viscosity of the selected gear oil is too high, resulting in difficulty in heat dissipation.Due to the low heat transfer effect of high-viscosity oil itself, the temperature rise will be obvious due to low-viscosity oil.Therefore, when choosing an appropriate load level, try to choose a low-viscosity gear oil.
2. The load of the gearbox is too large, the oil film is broken, and there is a tendency to wear and fail.The friction between the gears is greater, resulting in an increase in the surface temperature of the gears.The appropriate viscosity grade or appropriate load grade should be selected according to the load, such as extreme pressure gear oil and high viscosity oil, which are beneficial to lubrication, but also have the negative effect of poor heat dissipation.
3. Since the newly installed gearbox needs a certain amount of running-in time, the equipment has not yet entered the normal wear stage, and the wear is relatively large, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the tooth surface of the planetary reducer.This temperature rise is a necessary stage for the proper operation of the equipment.Therefore, the first oil change period of the new gearbox is shorter, and the washed abrasive is removed through the oil change.
4. Excessive refueling and high oil level will affect the normal heat dissipation of planetary reducer gears.Too much or too little oil will affect the cooling effect.
