Cycloid pin wheel reducer: Use planetary transmission principle and use cycloid pin teeth to mesh. A double eccentric sleeve with a misalignment of 180° is installed on the input shaft, and two roller bearings are installed on the eccentric sleeve to form an H mechanism. The central holes of the two cycloid wheels are the raceway of the rotary arm bearing on the eccentric sleeve, and are meshed by the cycloid wheels with a group of annular needle gears arranged on the needle gear to form a less tooth difference internal meshing and speed reduction mechanism. When the input shaft rotates with an eccentric sleeve for one week, the movement of the cycloid wheel becomes a plane movement with both revolution and rotation. When the input shaft rotates for one week, the eccentric sleeve also rotates for one week. The cycloid wheel rotates a tooth difference in the opposite direction to obtain a slowdown. Then, with the help of the W output mechanism, the low-speed rotation movement of the cycloid wheel is transmitted through the pin shaft to the output shaft, thereby obtaining a lower output speed.
Worm gear reducer: drive is achieved through the cross-coordination of the worm gear and the worm gear at 90 degrees. The worm is an active member and the worm gear is a follower. When the worm is rotated, the worm gear is driven to rotate through the meshing of the worm and the worm gear, thereby realizing the reduction transmission. Because the spiral rise angle of the worm is small, under certain conditions, the worm gear reducer has a self-locking function, that is, the worm can only drive the worm gear to rotate, and the worm gear cannot drive the worm gear to rotate.
