Selection steps and inspections of pre-use worm gear reducers

Worm gear reducers, namely worm gear and worm reducers, have been widely used.Worm gear reducers have self-locking characteristics.
1. Steps of Selection worm gear reducer:
1. Determine the speed ratio of the worm gear reducer, speed ratio = input speed / output speed;
2. Calculate the output torque of the worm gear reducer;
3. Correct the output torque of the worm gear reducer;
4. Calculate the power of the worm gear reducer;
5. Determine the model and specification of the worm gear reducer
2. Pre-use inspection;
1. Check the weight, model, power supply, speed ratio and shaft direction of the worm gear reducer;
2. Check the internal oil filling of the worm gear reducer to ensure that the oil quantity exceeds the position gauge;
3. The installation site should be well ventilated and the temperature should be within the range of 0~40°C.
4. When the coupling is used for connection, make sure that the two shafts are equal and aligned, and fix the mounting foot seat of the worm gear reducer.
