1. Core transmission and support components
Such accessories are directly related to the power transmission and operating accuracy of the reducer, and are the top priority of the reserve.
High-speed gear set: As a wearing part, its failure rate is relatively high (about 17%), so it needs to be reserved as a priority. It is recommended to use gears made of 20CrMnTi and with an accuracy of ISO6-7 to ensure smooth transmission and wear resistance.
High-precision bearings: Bearings are key supporting components to ensure rotation accuracy. It is recommended to reserve models that match the equipment (such as tapered roller bearings 30208, etc.) to cope with the wear caused by long-term high-load operation.
2. Sealing and leak-proof accessories
The operating environment of the sand washing machine is full of water and mud. Aged or damaged seals can easily lead to lubricating oil leakage or muddy water intrusion, leading to serious failures.
Input shaft oil seal: It is a high-frequency wearing part (failure rate is about 23%) and needs to be kept in stock to shorten downtime for maintenance.
Mechanical seal/ventilation cap: The environment of the sand washing machine is humid. It is recommended to choose a mechanical seal with a pressure resistance of more than 1MPa; at the same time, prepare a ventilator cap (ventilation valve) to prevent oil leakage caused by excessive pressure inside the reducer.
3. Lubrication and fastening consumables
Indispensable consumables for daily maintenance and emergency repairs.
Special lubricating oil/grease: For the high temperature and heavy load conditions that the sand washing machine may face, it is necessary to reserve the original high temperature resistant and anti wear hydraulic oil or high viscosity and high temperature resistant gear oil. Note that oils of different brands and models are strictly prohibited from being mixed.
Fixing bolts and connectors: Under long-term vibration conditions of the sand washing machine, various fixing bolts are prone to loosening or fatigue damage. Sufficient fasteners of corresponding specifications must be prepared for reinforcement at any time.
