1. Remove the fairing system

2. Remove the worm gear reducer

The belt cover, pulley, V-belt, bolts, disassembly and assembly of the coupling and the base hanger motor of the cycloid reducer are disassembled.

3. And axis

The wear of the journal can be corrected by spraying, brushing and grinding after electroplating.If the keyway on the shaft is damaged, machine the keyway at the corresponding position of the original keyway.

4. Remove the worm gear reducer

Remove the pulley, cover, V-belt, coupling, and bolts to facilitate hanging the motor.In my country, gear reducers are widely used in the rotary mechanism of tower crane machinery in the fields of mining, metallurgy, construction, lifting, transportation, cement, textile, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceuticals.Remove the bolts at both ends of the worm cover and the splitter surface of the reducer, lift the upper cover of the casing, and place it on the rubber plate.Avoid damage and check for oil leaks.
