1. 2. Use a polishing machine to smooth the high point of the convex tooth surface, use an electric file to polish the concave tooth surface, mix Nanjing Shanghai emery, white lead oil and appropriate amount of engine oil into a paste, and apply it evenly on all gear pairs with a brush.


3. Afterwards, clean all parts and boxes with cotton yarn and dough to prevent residual abrasives from accelerating gear wear and damaging bearings in subsequent operations.Use the wire side to measure the meshing clearance of the repaired gear, and make a record.Install the upper cover of the reducer to seal the joint surface to prevent oil leakage.Put on the main coupling and remove the textured collar.
