Oil level control

The output shaft of the vertical reducer should use a 'labyrinth seal + skeleton oil seal' combination to prevent oil leakage and dust intrusion. Check the status of seals regularly and replace aging and worn seals promptly.

Operation monitoring

Oil temperature, vibration and noise need to be closely monitored during operation. The oil temperature should be controlled within the range of 45℃-60℃. If it continues to exceed 80℃, the cause needs to be investigated. Abnormal vibration or noise may be a precursor to failure and should be repaired in time‌2. It is recommended to inspect once an hour and record operating data for traceability.
