1. Installation

Step 1: Before installation, confirm whether the motor and reducer are in good condition, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the components connected to the motor and reducer match.The following are the dimensions and fit tolerances of the motor positioning boss, input shaft, and reducer slot.
2. Step 2:
Loosen the screw on the dust hole on the outer side of the reducer flange, adjust the snap ring of the PCS system so that the side hole is aligned with the dust hole, insert the inner hexagon and tighten.After that, remove the motor shaft key.
3. Step 3:
Naturally connect the motor with the reducer.When connecting, the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor must be consistent, and the outer flanges of the reducer and the motor must be parallel.Inconsistent concentricity will cause the motor shaft to break or the reducer gear to wear.In addition, during the installation process, it is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer or the like.To prevent excessive axial force or radial force from damaging bearings or gears.Always tighten the mounting bolts before tightening the tension bolts.Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer connection with gasoline or zinc sodium water.Its purpose is to ensure the tightness of the connection and the flexibility of operation, and prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
Before connecting the motor with the reducer, the keyway of the motor shaft should be perpendicular to the tightening bolt.In order to ensure uniform force, first tighten the mounting bolts at any diagonal position, but do not tighten them, then tighten the other two diagonal mounting bolts * * * and then tighten the four mounting bolts one by one.* * *, Tighten the tension bolts.All tightening bolts should be tightened and checked with a torque wrench according to the marked tightening torque data.The correct installation of the reducer and mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation of the reducer and the drive motor.The key is to ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer is consistent with that of the driven part of the shaft.
1) The connection between the reducer and the working machine
The reducer is directly set on the main shaft of the working machine.When the reducer is running, the reaction torque acting on the reducer case is balanced by the reaction torque bracket installed on the reducer case or other methods.The machine is directly matched, and the other end is connected with the fixed bracket
