How to avoid combustion of reducer motor

Reducer motor is one of the main equipment in industrial and agricultural production. Combustion events of gear reducer occur from time to time. In order to avoid this phenomenon of gear reducer, effective protective measures are as follows:
Keep the reduction motor clean. During the operation of the reducer, if dust or other sundries enter, it will damage the conductor insulation, cause short circuit and burn the reducer. We should also often clean the outside of the turbine reducer to ensure the heat dissipation of the reducer.
Observe carefully and stop smelling smell immediately. Observe the vibration and noise of the reducer. During the operation of the reduction motor, especially the electric roller reducer, always check whether the anchor bolts and bearing gland are loose and reliable. If strong vibration, loud noise and peculiar smell are found, the machine must be shut down and the cause must be found out.
Excessive load and low voltage of gear reducer will cause overload of motor reducer. Check the transmission device frequently during operation; If the coupling is stuck, stop the machine immediately to eliminate the fault.
Regularly check and repair the control equipment of the reduction motor to ensure normal operation. The technical condition of reducer control equipment plays a decisive role in the normal start of motor reducer. Therefore, the control equipment of the reduction motor shall be located in a dry, ventilated and easy to operate position. Check that the contactor contacts, coil iron core, screws, etc. are in good technical condition, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the reducer.
Frequently check whether the gear reducer is overheated, short of oil, cracked, scratched or damaged.
Check that the average value difference of the current balance of the reducer exceeds 10%.
This can prevent the reducer from burning the machine.
