Loosen lock screw adjustment method

  • Operation steps: First, remove the relevant protective cover on the bearing or reducer to expose the eccentric sleeve. Find the locking screw on the eccentric sleeve and loosen it, then slide the eccentric sleeve along the direction of the axis as needed to change its axial position, thereby adjusting the eccentricity to achieve the purpose of changing the movement trajectory of the cycloid wheel. After the adjustment is completed, be sure to re-tighten the locking screws to secure the eccentric sleeve.

Gasket adjustment method

Select a suitable eccentric shaft with different eccentricity for replacement and installation, thereby changing the eccentricity of the eccentric sleeve and ultimately changing the movement trajectory of the cycloid wheel.

  • Note: The replaced eccentric shaft must match other components of the reducer, including dimensions, accuracy, material, etc. When installing a new eccentric shaft, ensure that the installation position is accurate and the connection is secure.

No matter which adjustment method is used, inspection and calibration are required after the adjustment is completed to ensure that the eccentricity reaches the expected value. The trial operation should also be carried out to verify whether the adjusted transmission system is running smoothly and whether the motion trajectory of the cycloid wheel meets the requirements.
