There are mainly the following methods to adjust the eccentric sleeve of the cycloid pin wheel reducer to change the movement trajectory of the cycloid pin wheel:
Loosen lock screw adjustment method
Operation steps: First, remove the relevant protective cover on the bearing or reducer to expose the eccentric sleeve. Find the locking screw on the eccentric sleeve and loosen it, then slide the eccentric sleeve along the direction of the axis as needed to change its axial position, thereby adjusting the eccentricity to achieve the purpose of changing the movement trajectory of the cycloid wheel. After the adjustment is completed, be sure to re-tighten the locking screws to secure the eccentric sleeve.
Note: Be careful during the operation to avoid damaging the eccentric sleeve, shaft and other related components. Adjustment should be carried out slowly, and the movement changes of the cycloid wheel should be observed while adjusting to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of the adjustment.
Gasket adjustment method
Operation steps: Take out the gasket between the bearing and the shaft or between the bearing and the bearing seat, measure its thickness and record it. Change the degree of movement of the cycloid wheel as needed, choose to add or reduce gaskets, or replace gaskets of different thicknesses. By increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket, fine adjustment of the eccentricity is achieved, thereby changing the movement trajectory of the cycloid wheel.
Note: The material and quality of the gasket should be consistent with the original gasket to ensure its stability and reliability. When adding or reducing gaskets, make sure that the gaskets are placed flat and evenly to avoid skews or looseness.
Replace eccentric shaft method
Operation steps: If the eccentric bearing is installed on the eccentric shaft, first remove the connecting parts related to the eccentric shaft and remove the original eccentric shaft. Select a suitable eccentric shaft with different eccentricity for replacement and installation, thereby changing the eccentricity of the eccentric sleeve and ultimately changing the movement trajectory of the cycloid wheel.
Note: The replaced eccentric shaft must match other components of the reducer, including dimensions, accuracy, material, etc. When installing a new eccentric shaft, ensure that the installation position is accurate and the connection is secure.
