QXSH three-ring reducer is a transmission equipment widely used in the industrial field.

How it works

  • Power input: Power is transmitted from a motor and other power source to the input shaft of the reducer through a coupling and other devices, and the input shaft drives the double eccentric sleeve to rotate.

  • Eccentric motion transformation: The rotation of the double eccentric sleeve causes the planet wheel to produce eccentric motion. The planet wheel rotates around its own axis and also rotates around the central axis of the inner toothed ring plate. Since the three internal gear ring plates are fixed, the movement trajectory of the planetary wheel becomes complicated during meshing with the internal gear ring plate, thereby achieving slowing down.

  • Power output: The revolutionary movement of the planet wheel is transmitted to the output shaft through components such as the planet carrier. The power after deceleration is output from the output shaft, and the working machinery is driven to work.

  • Large transmission ratio: the single-stage transmission ratio can reach 7.5-99, the double-stage reaches 11,000, the stage difference is about 1.1 times, and it can meet the speed requirements of various equipment.
