1. Remove the protective covers of each component of the hard-tooth surface reducer, remove the motor and brake lines, and mark the disassembly line for reference during future reassembly.
2. Remove the high-speed coupling pin of the hard-tooth surface reducer, loosen the low-speed gear coupling, and move the two half couplings away from both sides.Before disassembling the high- and low-speed shaft couplings of the reducer, a flat shovel or template punch must be used to mark the relative bearings as a basis for reassembling the relative orientation of the couplings.
3. Remove the motor anchor bolts and lift the motor.When the motor's anchors are removed, record the thickness and orientation of the original base gasket as a basis for alignment.Loosen the brake anchor bolts, remove the brake adjustment screw, bump the brake and remove the brake.
4. Remove the check valve of the reducer and place it in the specified position to prevent collision.
5. Make relative orientation marks on the upper and lower joint surfaces of the reducer, remove the fastening bolts on the joint surfaces of the upper and lower covers of the reducer, replace the damaged bolts, and remove the positioning pins.Check the bolts for damage or cracks and tighten the nuts onto the screws for safekeeping.
6. Mark the installation mark of each bearing end cover, remove the fastening bolts of the bearing end cover, remove the bearing end cover, measure the thickness and quantity of the asbestos gasket of the bearing end cover with an outer diameter micrometer, and make original records.Start checking the bearing end cover. There is no wear or crack on the straight end face.
