1. When installing couplings, pulleys, sprockets and other connecting parts on the output shaft of the cycloid reducer, direct hammering is not allowed.Since the output shaft structure of the reducer cannot bear the axial hammering force, the screw can be screwed into the connecting part through the screw hole at the shaft end.
2. The diameter of the output shaft and input shaft should comply with gb1568-79.
3. The eyebolts on the reducer are only used for lifting the reducer.
The packaging methods mainly include box packing (wooden box, plywood box, corrugated box, metal box, etc.), bare packaging and partial packaging.Partial packaging or colored bare packaging should be used for special transportation.
The shaft extension and key of the cycloid reducer should be evenly coated with anti-rust grease, packed in a packing box, tightly wrapped with plastic film, tied firmly and fixed in the box.Cycloidal pinwheel reducers should be packed in plastic bags, or vacuum packed if necessary.Cycloidal pinwheel reducers need to be placed in balance.Waterproof petroleum asphalt felt should be placed in the packing box to ensure that the box is dry.
When lifting, the lifting direction should be correct according to the schematic diagram of the packing box, and necessary protective measures should be taken to prevent the surface from being scratched or scratched by objects such as wire ropes.During transportation and storage, the cycloid reducer must not be placed directly on the concrete floor.It should be fixed during transportation to avoid impact and shaft deformation.
