1, A.The installation process of the mixing unit
1. Use the channel steel well bottom frame or the top cover flange to repair and connect the installation bottom cover (when using the water tank tank) (note: during installation, the installation bottom cover must be horizontal).
2. Put the mixing shaft into the tank (if the mixing shaft is multi-part, it can be placed in part or connected as a whole according to the site installation situation.)
3. Remove the bracket from the reducer (if the reducer and the frame have been connected as a whole during installation, please perform this step; otherwise, omit this step).
4. After the first step of installation, connect the installation bottom cover and fix the bracket.
5. Connection between hybrid shaft and support:
It is connected with double pivot (SJ type) frame, double support structure
Pivot Mounting Preparation: The lower pivot is fitted with self-aligning bearings with set sleeves, nuts and lock plates, the inner bore of the bearing is conical
Assembly steps:
①Open the sealing cover under the lower fulcrum, and then put the sealing cover on the mixing shaft.
②At this point, you can see the self-aligning bearing with the tight sleeve.Loosen the nut on the tight sleeve, about to separate from the tight sleeve but not completely.
B. Preparation for installing the upper fulcrum: the upper fulcrum is a 45# steel shaft sleeve, and there is a keyway in the inner hole of the shaft sleeve (after the lower fulcrum bearing is prepared, the hybrid shaft can pass through the shaft sleeve from bottom to top).
C. After the preparation of steps A and B, use the lifting tool to lift the mixing shaft and pass through the two fulcrum bearings of the support.After it is installed in place, lock the upper fulcrum and the nut on the upper fulcrum with the locking plate, and then install the sealing cover.
(2) Connection to a single pivot (DJ type) rack:
Support fulcrum description: the fulcrum is a 45# steel shaft sleeve, and there is a keyway in the inner hole of the shaft sleeve;
Preparation for installation: Align the key on the mixing shaft with the keyway on the bushing of the supporting fulcrum shaft;
Installation: 1.Pass the mixing shaft through the shaft sleeve from bottom to top.
2. Pass the mixing shaft head through the round nut stop washer, pass the round nut, tighten the round nut, bend and fix the teeth (at least one) on the stop washer, which can completely correspond to the groove groove of the round nut, to Lock the round nut and prevent loosening.
1. Lift the reducer above the frame:
① Connect and fix the mixing shaft and the output shaft of the reducer with a connector;
②Connect and fix the reducer to the frame.
2. Install the lower shaft of the mixing shaft (if any, if any, and not connected to the upper shaft on the whole).
3. Stirrer installation (removable):
① Put the sleeve on the mixing shaft and fix it with the top screw.
②Match the agitator blade with the factory mark of the agitator shaft sleeve (if it is a mark), and fix it with bolts.
4. The installation is complete.
1, B.Installation Technical Requirements
The gasket should make the horizontal deviation of the upper end surface of the frame not greater than 0.15mm.
2. The horizontal deviation of the upper surface of the trap beamlet on the groove at the entrance of the mixing shaft shall not be greater than 1.2mm.
3. After installing the mixing system, turn the gear manually, and the radial swing of the lower end of the stirring shaft shall not be greater than 1.0-1.5mm.
4. From top to bottom, rotate clockwise, do not reverse; otherwise, turn off the power and stop immediately and check and adjust the connection of the power supply.
5. After installing the mixing device, there should be no interference, collision, excessive resistance, etc. in the manual rotation, and then the water load test should not be less than 1 hour without abnormal vibration and noise, and the motor reducer should not heat abnormally.
6. In strict accordance with the operation manual of the reducer, lubricating oil must be added and replaced regularly.
2. Using and maintaining the mixing device
1. Pay attention to check the abnormal noise of the reducer support bearing during use.If abnormal noise is found, please find out the cause in time and carry out maintenance.
2. Regularly check the working conditions of the output shaft oil seal, and check the oil leakage and oil leakage of the oil leaker of the bearing.Replace the lubricating oil in the reducer box according to the instructions of the reducer, and replace the winter lubricating oil in winter.
3. Regularly check the wear of the agitator and whether the fastening bolts are loose.
4. Operation attention: During operation, when the mixing blade is buried in the solid sediment layer, please be careful not to start the motor.If the mixer stops rotating due to a sudden power failure and lasts for a period of time or a long time, the motor cannot be started directly when the mixing blade is buried in the solid deposit layer.It is necessary to manually turn the gear or use other methods to suspend the solid layer before starting the motor, otherwise the motor, reducer and other key components will be damaged.
After applying the frame on the sub-beam on the top of the groove on the frame, the relevant part of the lower end face should be filled with an appropriate thickness.
